Chemistry Pinot Noir 2017
Just popped open a bottle of Chemistry Pinot Noir and it is fantastic! 2017 was a warm vintage in Oregon and it really shows in this wine. It pours a deep red, much deeper than a typical Oregon Pinot and it has tons of spice and deep cherry flavor to it. Chemistry is a relatively new label and is the result of a collaboration between Stoller and Chehelem Wineries (which are now both owned by Stoller). They also make a Pinot Gris, a Rose, and some bubbles that I haven’t tried yet, but clocking in at $18.99 a bottle this Pinot Noir is definitely one to check out!
